Alex was born in Pomona California but has spent most of his life in Washington State. He loves watching sports and movies. One of his favorite activities is attending concerts with his family and friends.
Although relatively new to Mountain Milling, Alex has over a decade of experience in the dental industry. Eager to expand his expertise, he made the move to Mountain Milling to dive into the digital side of lab work. Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Alex is a great resource for those transitioning from traditional methods to digital workflows. He’s your go-to contact for questions about uploading files and product details.
Jeannette was born in California but moved to the area when she was one. In her free time, she loves to read, go on hikes, and watch football. Go Patriots!

She’s also your go-to contact for opening new accounts, shipping inquiries, and login support. With her versatile skills and friendly approach, Jeannette helps keep both our operations and customer experience running smoothly.
With deep roots in the Tri-Cities, where she has lived for most of her life, Mindi brings both expertise and dedication to her role. Outside of the lab, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Her hobbies include paddle boarding, hiking, and camping.
As Lead Lab Technician and Quality Control Specialist, Mindi plays a vital role in ensuring that every product we ship meets the highest standards and the specific requirements of each individual case. With a keen eye for detail and deep product knowledge, she is your go-to resource for questions about product types and turnaround times. Mindi’s dedication to precision helps maintain the quality and consistency our clients rely on.
Christy spent most of her childhood in California. After a brief stent in Western Washington, she made the move to the East side of the state where she currently resides with her husband Josh and son Landen. In her free time Christy enjoys wine tasting, taking Orange Theory classes and in the summer, floats in her pool.
As Director of Operations, Christy plays a key role in keeping Mountain Milling running smoothly. Her responsibilities include overseeing case pan management, hiring, marketing, and coordinating workflow across departments. With strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset, Christy ensures that both day-to-day operations and long-term goals stay on track.
